Albertsons Companies appoints Brian Rice to board of directors
Albertsons Companies is a food and drug retailer in the US, operating 2,243 stores with 1,708 pharmacies, 404 associated fuel centers, 22 dedicated distribution centers, and 19 manufacturing facilities. Rice is currently EVP and global CIO at McDonald’s Corporation, where he oversees global technology, digital, data, and cybersecurity capabilities. Before joining McDonald’s, Rice held senior leadership roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Cardinal Health, Kellogg Company, GM, and Mars. He holds a BS from Ferris State University.
Kimberly-Clark is a global consumer goods company specializing in health and hygiene products. Their portfolio of brands includes Huggies, Kleenex, Scott, Kotex, Depend, Andrex, Pull-Ups, Softex, and WypAll among many others. Tinto joins from Advantage Solutions, where he was CDO, leading the organization’s tech simplification and modernization. Before that, he was global CIO at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he led the company’s digital transformation, and at Kraft Heinz, where he oversaw tech integration following the merger, and built a global business services organization there from the ground up. Tinto holds an M.Eng. from the Politecnico di Bari in Italy.
University of Pennsylvania names Joshua Beeman CIO
UPenn is one of the oldest universities in America and a member of the Ivy League. It’s also home to 12 schools including the School of Arts and Sciences, the School of Nursing, the School of Engineering and Applied Science, and the Wharton School of Business, as well as several graduate and professional schools such as the Perelman School of Medicine. Beeman has served as interim VP and university CIO since August 2025, leading the delivery of IT services and systems, providing strategic and operational guidance to university leadership, and collaborating closely with IT partners in schools and centers. He holds a BA from UCLA and an MA from UPenn.

THOR Industries is a manufacturer of RVs and offers a comprehensive range of vehicles and travel tools.Biren was most recently VP of corporate development where he led the buildout of an enterprise data platform that supports analytics across sales, operations, and customer engagement. Before joining THOR, he was with Camping World Holdings where he was an SVP. Biren holds a BBA from Schulich School of Business, York University.
Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, Genworth provides guidance, products, and services that help people understand their caregiving options and fund their long-term care needs. Taylor joins Genworth most recently from Markel, where he was CIO. Prior to that, he spent 25 years with Capital One where he led the company’s largest acquisition and integration project, as well as the transition to agile methodology and establishment of a strategic investment roadmap for the credit card partnership division. Taylor holds a BS from Virginia Commonwealth University.

The brokerage has more than 2,200 employees operating in over 100 locations across 29 states, and is backed by GI Partners and Summit Partners. Khurana was most recently CTO and chief product officer of CoverWhale. Earlier in his career, he was CIO of GoVera, and held senior tech roles at Coaction Global and Coldwell Banker. He has a BS from Kean University and an MS from Stevens Institute of Technology.
